Analytics enables the users to see a graphical view of the most popular (viewed) pages and the most active (edited) pages of a project during any specified time period. The analytics function can be accessed by clicking on the 'Analytics' tab on the toolbar.
Reports available to administrators can be accessed by clicking on the Analytics icon in the 'System Administration' or 'Domain Adminstration' page.
Following is the list of reports available.
Date Range
The purpose of the date range section is to enter the period of time for which the analytical activity of the project is to be viewed.
The date range can be set by the user to any of the following time intervals
- Day: The date range can be set to a day by clicking on the 'Day' link. This means the graph for most viewed and most active pages will be populated for that specified day.To view the activity for the previous day click on 'Previous' and to view the activity for the next day click on 'Next.'
- Week: By default the date range is set to week. This means that the graph for most viewed and most active pages will be populated for a weeks time.To view the activity for the previous day click on 'Previous' and to view the activity for the next day click on 'Next.'
- Month: The date range can be set to a day by clicking on the 'Day' link. This means the graph for most viewed and most active pages will be populated for that specified day.To view the activity for the previous day click on 'Previous' and to view the activity for the next day click on 'Next.'
Apart from these options the user can set the chart to any desired period of time. Enter the from(start) and the to(end) dates in the spaces provided and click on 'Go.'
Note: When the analytics page is opened for a project the date range is by default set to week. The start day is always the most recently passed Sunday and the end date is the next upcoming Saturday. For example: if the analytics page is viewed on 12 July,2007 (Thursday), the page will open with the date range set from 8 July, 2007(Sunday) to 14 July, 2007(Saturday)

Most Active Projects
The most active projects are the projects whose pages have been edited the most. This graph is drawn with the edit count on the vertical axis.The project name is displayed on the horizontal axis. The graph is a bar graph drawn with the most edited projects on the left side and the least edited projects on the right side.
The key for the graph with the project names are displayed below the graph. Click on the 'Details' link to view the report as a 3 Dimensional pie chart. Below the chart the report also displays Edit count for each project.
The report can be maximized or minimized by clicking on the

buttons respectively.

Projects Summary
This report details essential data on various projects in the system. Kind of data displayed include Project Name, Total Pages, Total members , Access levels for Registered & Anonymous Users and total page hits on the project. Additionally the last row presents grand total of number of pages & page hits in the entire system.
The report can be maximized or minimized by clicking on the

buttons respectively.

Most Popular Pages
The most popular pages are the pages that have been viewed the most. This graph is drawn with the view count on the vertical axis .The page name is displayed on the horizontal axis. The graph is a bar graph drawn with the most popular page on the left side and the least viewed pages on the right side.
The key for the graph with the page names are displayed below the graph. Click on the 'Details' like to view the report as a 3 Dimensional pie chart. Below the chart the report also displays information like ID, Document Title, Project Name and the Count.
