Edit User
The Edit option can be found under the Actions column on the User List page.

Note: The User list screen is only available to System Administrators.
              
The System administration is applicable only for On Premise edition, for On Demand (Hosted) version of SamePage see Domain Administration 
                 

Clicking on the Edit link will open a page where the user information of that particular user is listed.
The following user information are listed on the edit page
  • User ID
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Password
  • Confirm Password

You can choose to change and update any of these fields except for the user id which cannot be changed once created.

 

  

 

Click on 'Submit' to save the changes made. To discard any changes click on 'Cancel'

  Note: If the User information is being populated from an LDAP then the user information cannot be edited and so the user id will not be a link.
