Edit Users-Domain
 

User information can be edited through the edit users screen. To access the edit user screen, click on the Domain Users link on the domain administration console.

Once on the domain users screen click on the user name to edit that user's information.

Through this screen the user status can be changed and the password of the user can be reset.


 

Note: The User list screen is only available to Domain Administrators.

               The Domain administration is applicable only for On Demand versions, for On Premise version of SamePage see System Administrator.                 


The following user information are listed on the edit page
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Username
  • Status

You can choose to change the status of the user from active to inactive or vice versa.

 

 

 

The password of the user can be reset by clicking on the 'Reset Password' button. Clicking on the 'Reset Password' button will reset the user's password to 'password'.

Click on 'Update' to save any changed made to the user's status. To delete the user click in 'Delete.'

To discard any changes made click on 'Cancel.'
