Global Role Management

 

To access the global role management click on the   icon on the System Administration screen

User roles can be assigned and managed through this console. Users can be searched by first name, last name, user name or email id.


Note: This is available only to On Premise customers and is accessible only to System Administrators. For a similar functionality for On Demand customers see Domain Role Management for Users and Groups.


  • On the system administration console screen click on the global role management tab.
  • A  screen opens with user role management.
  • The page has a search functionality to search for users by first name, last name, username or email address.
  • Any user may be assigned the SamePage Admin status by clicking on the   icon to convert it to a   icon and then clicking on save.
  • Users can be granted permission to create new projects by clicking on the  icon across their user name to convert it to a   icon.
  • Click on 'Save' to save the changes made.
