The projects page is the main landing page for eTouch SamePage.
It is the first page opened when SamePage is opened and shows a list of projects in the entire domain or instance.
Note : Customers running the On-premise edition can choose to change the term "project" and replace it with any term they see appropriate for their usage.This change will be reflected in all screens and toolbar automatically.

The projects page displays the projects depending on the user.
If the user is an anonymous guest user, only projects that have been granted permission to be viewed by such users are displayed.
The display changes accordingly for registered users, non-members, members and administrators depending on the permissions granted.
The user can further customize this page to display only the projects he/she owns, by using the 'My Settings' feature.
Startign SamePage 3.3, the user name is displayed on the left side of the screen to provide a clean workspace.
Alerts
This is a new feature in SamePage 3.3 . Any alerts set by the administrator will appear on the Projects page just above the project list panel. Once the alert expires this panel will disappear.

Project List Panel
Project list panel is the area on the projects page which displays the list of projects in the domain.The user can directly go to any project rather than scrolling down through the entire list by just clicking on the letter the project name begins with. This will list all projects beginning with that letter. The panel also displays the following information for each project:
The projects list panel also provides options to quickly view projects based on user preferences. The user may choose to view the page only with a list of projects owned by that particular user or the page could be set to display only the projects marked as favorites by the user. This can be done by clicking on either the 'Show my projects' or 'Show favorite projects' tabs as needed.
Click on any letter to get a list of all projects whose name starts with that letter. This way projects can be easily filtered alphabetically.

Note: Starting from SamePage 3.4, the project name, description and content will now support multi lingual material.
Starting from SamePage 3.4.2. Projects can be sorted in ascending or descending orders based on the project name. Click on the
icon present next to 'Project Name' to sort that field.

Sign in Box
The projects page provides a 'Sign In' box for users to log in. New users can sign up by clicking on the'New Users, Sign up here' option.
If you forget your user name or password, click on the 'Forgot your user name or password' link.
- If you forget only your user name, type the email address you had used to register and the system will email you the user name.
- If you forget only your password, type your user name and email address so the system can verify and email you the new password.

My Draft Pages
Displayed on the right side of the projects page is a list of 'My draft pages.' This is a list of pages that have been or are being worked on but not yet published.
These are pages that have been saved as a draft. Clicking on the page name form this list will open the page in edit mode.
The draft pages are displayed with the page title, name of project it belongs to, and date and time of last modification.

Recently Updated Pages
The projects page displays a list of pages that have been recently updated. These pages may be from any project existing in that domain(On Demand) or instance(On Premises)
The recently updated pages are displayed with the page name and the project it belongs to. It also lists the person who last modified the page and the time it was last modified.
The list of recently updated paged can be seen on the right side of the projects page below the my draft pages.
