The user list screen lists all the users
all the system users.
Note: The User List link can be accessed through the System Administration screen.
The System administration is applicable only for On Premise edition, for On Demand (Hosted) version of SamePage see Domain Administration

The user list screen can be accessed by clicking on the user list link on the system administration page.
Users can be searched for based on their user id or email id.The users can also be sorted according to their status. The 3 types of user status are as follows:
- Active Users: Once the user registers with SamePage, he/she is created with an active status.
- Inactive users: Registered users can be inactivated if required. Inactive users will not even be allowed to sign in and hence cannot access any projects.
- Pending Users: These are users who have been invited to register, but have not gone through with the registration as yet.
You can choose to see all users irrespective of their user status.
For an improved user experience, just click on the alphabet to see a list of all users whose user id or email id starts with that specific alphabet.
The user list page displays the following information
- User ID
- First Name
- Last Name
- User Email
- Action
The Action column has 3 options. If the user is active there is an action option to inactivate the user and vice versa. Under the action column is also an option to transfer ownership of projects.The third option is for deleting the user.
The user list screen also provides a link to create new users. Clicking on this button will take you to the 'Create Users' screen.
To edit user information click on the user name from the list. For more information on how to edit user information click here.
Note: If the user information is being populated from an LDAP then the user information cannot be edited and so the user id will not be a link.
