A link to view attachments is present on both the post list and post details pages. Clicking on this link will allow you to view the existing attachments of that post. More attachments can also be added through this page.
To access the view attachments page follow the below given steps.
- On the blogs page, click on the blog name to enter it.
- Once you click on the blog name the post list page opens, displaying all the posts in that blog.
- Click on the
icon to see the attachments for that post.
- Another way to access the attachments page is to click on any post name to view the complete post and the clicking on the
icon to view the attachments.
- If the post already has attachments, then the view attachments page will display a list of all the attachments. The view attachments page displays the file name, version, uploaded date, uploaded by and options to delete and update the attachment.
- Any attachment can be downloaded by clicking on the file name.
- This page also has an option to upload more attachments.
- Click on the 'Upload New Attachments' link to upload more attachments.
- The upload attachments page also displays a list of current attachments on the right side of the page.
- Browse and attach the files that need to be uploaded and click on 'Upload'
