Upgrade instructions for help documentation

These are general upgrade instructions to upgrade your help documentation.
Please Note: Help documentation will automatically be upgraded every time you upgrade SamePage. If you wish to upgrade the help documentation between version upgrades, follow the below given instructions.

For Windows:

1. Download the provided SamePage_Help.zip
2. Locate where SamePage is installed.
3. For example if SamePage is installed on C: then unzip the SamePage_Help.zip file in C:\samepage\cm\help
4. Once the unzipped file is placed in the 'help' folder under 'cm', your upgrade is complete.
5. Click on the 'Help' link available on each page to see the page specific upgraded help.
   

For Linux :

1. Download the provided SamePage_Help.jar
2. Locate where SamePage is installed
3. For example if SamePage is installed on C: then extract the SamePage_Help.jar file in C:\samepage\cm\help
4. If you are using command prompt then run the following command jar xvf SamePage_Help.jar SamePage_Help to extract the files. Once the files are extracted, copy the extracted files into samepage\cm\help
5. Once the extracted files are copied into the 'help' folder under 'cm' , your upgrade is complete.
   
6. Click on the 'Help' link available on each page to see the page specific upgraded help.
