eTouch SamePage supports Internet Explorer 6 and Mozilla Firefox 1.5 and above on Windows 2000 and Windows XP Platforms. You need to enable Javascript, CSS and Images to work with eTouch SamePage. eTouch SamePage supports several global accesskeys to support keyboard navigation. These keys are

ALT+J = begincontent
ALT+H = Help
ALT+C = crumb
ALT+M = Text Menu
ALT+N = Graphical Menu
ALT+S = Search field
ALT+X = Focus on Editor Toolbar
ALT+Z = Focus on Editor Content
ALT+I = Sign In
ALT+O = Sign Out
ALT+U = username (to sign in)
ALT+P = password (to sign in)
ALT+0 = Page Hierarchy
ALT+1 = Open View of a page
ALT+2 = Edit a page
ALT+3 = Open Discussion view of a page
ALT+4 = Open History view of a page

Scheduled Maintenance Window

This is to inform all users of the eTouch SamePage On-Demand about the Scheduled Maintenance Window for the hosted version. We ensure that eTouch SamePage On-Demand is available for our customers 24x7x365 with minimal downtime.

However , we also give a lot of importance to providing fixes for bugs and issues reported by our customers. We believe that eTouch SamePage On-Demand customers should not have to wait for weeks for the next release of eTouch SamePage to get their immediate problems solved. We have therefore initiated a Scheduled Maintenance Window program, where latest patches and fixes can be applied on our servers at a pre-defined time every week. All future major, minor and service pack releases of the product will also be done during these Maintenance Windows.

Please make a note of these Maintenance Window times:

Wednesdays - 6.00 pm to 6.15 pm PST
Fridays - 6.00 pm to 6.15 pm PST
